Mondays

  • Walking Class 8:30-9:30 a.m.
  • Sit Strong  (chair exercise) - 10:00-11:00 a.m.

Tuesdays

  • Heart to Heart Yoga - 7:30-8:30 a.m.
  • Simply Chair Yoga 10:00-11:00 a.m.
  • Balanced Bites 11:15 a.m.-12:00 p.m.

Wednesdays

  • Gentle Flow Yoga - 7:30-8:30 a.m.
  • Chair and Floor Flow Yoga - 10:00-11:00 a.m.
  • Vinyasa Flow Yoga - 5:30-6:30 p.m. 

Every third Wednesday we host "Chart Your Course" a community education event in our activity/classroom room at 5:30-7:00 p.m., please call our office for more info and to RSVP.

Thursdays

  • "New" Group Class, Aikido - 8:30-9:30 a.m.

Fridays

  • Circuit Training - 8:30-9:30 a.m. 
  • Medical Group Visits (Will resume soon) More details to come.
