Emotional Balance Support

Our mind and spirit are part of what makes us human—and finding a healthy balance can be somewhat challenging.  Especially in these busy times, we all know too well the negative impacts stress and anxiety can have on our lives. At Vessel Health, we believe that “whole-health” includes not just our physical being, but our emotional being as well. Balancing the entire person includes mindful attention to our emotional health.

In our STEADY-the-HelmTM program, we explore a variety of ways to help you enhance and balance your emotions. Our goal is to support you through yoga-centered movement, meditation, and mindfulness. No yoga experience is necessary to participate. Let us help you find your own inner balance!

We offer three group sessions each week:

  • Tuesdays 7:30 a.m.
  • Wednesdays 7:30 a.m.
  • Wednesdays 10 a.m.

Classes are $5/each or $25 for a 6-class punch card.
