Wednesdays

  • Gentle Flow Yoga - 7:30 a.m.
  • Chair and Floor Flow Yoga - 10 a.m.
  • Vinyasa Flow Yoga - 5:30 p.m. (except 5/16 - Join us for a special class on Thermography and Breast Health--see below!)

Fridays

  • Stretch and Breathe - 8:30 a.m. 
  • Medical Group Visits (as follows)
    • 7/13/18: Pre-Diabetes - 10:15 a.m.
    • 7/27/18: Healthy Cholesterol - 10:15 a.m.
