What to Expect
Vessel Health appreciates a special relationship with its referring physicians and health practitioners – whether they are primary care providers or even cardiologists. Although capable of providing primary cardiology services, Vessel Health staff prefers to work in parallel to primary care givers both in the provision of specific consultative services and more importantly in long term mentoring and patient support. Providers are given the opportunity to discuss individual patient’s needs and circumstances, and remain involved in care plan development and articulation. Vessel Health’s evolving Web based Electronic Health Record will permit enhanced interprovider communication. Vessel Health was founded in recognition of the overwhelming epidemic of circulatory health issues in our society. Tackling this challenge will not only require novel new concepts such as Vessel provides, but also a stronger community of providers, more intentionally focused on health and wellness. The providers at Vessel Health look forward to collaborating with referring physicians in advancing this mission.
